Robert Schütze

is Professor of European and Global Law at Durham University (United Kingdom) and Luiss (Italy). He is a constitutional scholar with a particular expertise in the law of the European Union and comparative federalism. He held numerous visiting professorships in America and Europe the past and is currently a permanent Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges). He has published extensively and today co-directs, inter alia, the "European Union Library" and "Comparative Constitutionalism" Series for Oxford University Press.
