Leigh Hancher

Leigh Hancher was educated in Scotland and has a PhD from the University of Leiden. She currently holds a chair in European Law at Tilburg University in the Netherlands, and chairs in EU Energy Law at the Florence School of Regulation, Italy and at the University of Bergen, Norway. She has published widely on EU energy law and state aid issues.
